Home Campus will be used for all middle and high school athletic forms/clearances, transfers, and CIF information. This is an online registration and clearance site.

All Athletes playing a sport at Leroy Greene Academy must create an account at www.athleticclearance.com. Each parent/guardian must fill out all information, sign, and complete all required reading/forms. A physical form will need to be uploaded. Free physicals are available at Urgent Care Now). Athletes will be cleared following completion by the Athletic Director.
