Cash for College will take place at NHS on Oct. 10th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Library. Cash for College is FREE event where you can get help completing your financial aid forms. The financial aid forms are either the FAFSA or the CA Dream Act (if you don’t have a SSN). EVERYONE should complete one of these forms regardless of what college/university your child will attend!
LGA will be administering the PSAT to all 10th graders, and some selected 11th graders at LGA on Wednesday, October 16th, 2019 during school hours at NO COST to our students! The PSAT will be administered from 8:30 am-12:30 pm. See attached for more information.

Sacramento Regional Transit (SacRT) is offering free transportation to all students who attend a school within the city of Sacramento from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. For Grades 6-12, we are requesting site staff to affix the SacRT sticker to student ID’s.

The City of Sacramento has launched its “15 is Fast Enough” public outreach campaign aimed at educating parents, students, and residents about the new law, which was passed by City Council on June 4, 2019, that reduces the speed limit to 15 mph.
