It is required per District policy that students who participate in sports have an athletic physical every year. Get your student’s physical done over the summer at the B. Teri Burns Clinic, 3301 Fong Ranch Road. Dates and times attached.
Athletic forms for the upcoming school year are now available on our Athletics page. Students who plan to participate are required to complete a Clearance Packet prior to being eligible to tryout. Please complete forms and turn in physicals (required for athletics) and immunizations to the front office by the start of school.
Our office will remain open from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. until Friday, June 28th. We will reopen Wednesday, July 17th at 8 a.m. Starting August 1st, we will be back to regular business hours, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.
