Leroy Greene Academy Admission Acceptance Form 24-25
This form should only be completed by the parent/guardian of an incoming accepted student for the Fall 2024-2025 school year. All accepted students were sent a hard copy acceptance letter to inform the parent/guardian of acceptance status. Once we receive your submission below, the LGA enrollment team will have your student’s enrollment transferred to LGA for next school year. Please do not complete if you did not receive an acceptance letter or acceptance phone call from the LGA enrollment team.
